Terms

The short version
Read anything, use what you learn, share with credit. Don't republish the content wholesale or resell it. Nothing here is professional advice, so use your own judgment. Be decent in the community. That's most of it.
What this site is
Standout Hacks (standouthacks.com) shares practical lessons, tools, and guides, plus a free newsletter and a free community. It's run by me, Sheikh Rasel. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Using the content
Everything here is free to read and free to use in your own work and life. The content itself - guides, graphics, and the newsletter - belongs to Standout Hacks. You're welcome to quote or share it with credit and a link back. Please don't republish full guides, scrape the site, or resell the content as your own.
Not professional advice
The guides cover work, money, tools, and careers. They're educational, based on my own experience - not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Rules differ by country, and situations differ by person. Where it matters, check with a qualified professional.
No guarantees
I test what I teach, but results depend on you and your situation. Tools change their features and prices. Third-party services mentioned here are their own companies with their own terms. If something on the site looks out of date, tell me and I'll fix it.
Affiliate links
Some links may be affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission if you buy - at no extra cost to you. This never changes what I recommend. If I wouldn't use it, it's not here.
The community
The Standout Hacks community is hosted on Skool, so Skool's terms apply there too. House rules are simple: be respectful, no spam, and no pitching other members without permission. I can remove anyone who makes the space worse for everyone else.
The newsletter
One Hack a Week is free. Unsubscribe anytime with one click at the bottom of any email.
Fair use of the site
Don't attack the site, misuse the forms, or try to disrupt it. Automated scraping of the content is not allowed.
Liability
In plain English: I do my best to keep everything accurate and useful, but you use the site and apply the lessons at your own risk. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Standout Hacks is not liable for losses that come from using the site or acting on its content.
Changes
These terms may change as the site grows. The date at the top always shows the latest version. Meaningful changes get a mention in the newsletter.
